Common Questions

How do I delete my account?
Open the App → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Open iOS Settings → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → THE EDGE → Cancel Subscription. Apple handles all subscription management.

How do I restore purchases?
Open the App → Settings → Restore Purchases. Sign in to the App Store with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

My prediction never resolved.
Predictions resolve automatically when the underlying ATP/WTA match concludes. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the prediction is voided after 7 days. Email us if you see something stuck.
